Hello everyone! My name is Landon Evanoff, I am the proud owner of Wise Guys Property Services! Although I am only 18 years old, I have a lot of experience. I started when I was young, going door-to-door asking neighbors if I could mow their lawn or shovel their snow (depending on the season). I then started offering other things to my neighbors like mulching, weeding, and leaf pickup! I have always had an entrepreneurial, go-getter spirit, something I still carry with me to this day.

When I was around 12 years old, I was mulching at my neighbor’s house for $10 an hour. The contractor pulled up to the house to drop off the mulch, and he was only 20 years old. I decided to ask him a bunch of questions! After talking to him for a few minutes, I was truly inspired. He taught me that, although I am young, I can have a truly successful business!

Fast forward 6 years, and here we are!

We offer year-round services, from Springtime Soft Washing and Mulching to Fall-time Leaf Removal and even Wintertime Snow Removal! We have many services that our customers can take advantage of year-round. Rather than focusing on one specific service, I realized that it is easier for my customers to have one guy that does it all! So that is how I’ve been building my business model.
